The city as a story in watercolors, deconstructed through variation and repetition. The premise is the watercolor paper cast at Werkstatt für Papir in Berlin. Molds imprint the paper surface with a wave pattern, suggesting an underlaying rhythm of time across a total of 18 sheets. A fragmented story appears in the interplay between the paper surface and city scenes painted ontop.
