Set over a year in Berlin, it follows Blockwart—a ghostly ex-Blockleiter, once responsible for enforcing Nazi doctrine, turned modern janitor—who haunts a housing block, meddling with human flaws and sense of lingering guilt. The play consists of 12 episodes, launched as podcast with one episode per month in 2026.
